12 Day Challenge - 03  
*Smoothie (h2o, pepita butter, sea salt, maple syrup, cardamom, vanilla extract, bananas, coconut meat, berries, lecithin)
*1/4 Apple, Mung bean sprouts)
*Shake (1 young coconut - milk and meat, sea salt, maple syrup, vanilla ext, lime juice) (this was incredible!)
*Green Leaf
*Shake (same as above)

*Italian Guacamole (avocado, macadamia oil, lemon, tomato, pignolas, fresh basil, cumin, cayenne), 2 carrots cut into chips
*Pineapple
